In the beginning there is an idea, or a product that should be improved.    

A market research offers a general view at competitive products.           This is a good instrument to find the requirements for a new design.           

The first sketch phase is a way of brainstorming. First ideas take form on paper and generate new ideas and suggestions for the new design.           

In the following first design phase the idea takes form. Mostly the design will be developed three-dimensional by computer. At this stage it is a good way to control the shape and avoid mistakes. Different design options can be generated in realistic views. Sometimes it makes sense to built some simple volume models to check the real size and the handling.                    

Each development phase will be realised in close coordination with the client.

If it comes to a decision the second design phase begins. The detailed design development considers the technical realisation. Construction files can be qualified for tooling.                                                                             

The last check for the design should be a design model. According to requirements there are several options. From rapid prototyping in different quality stages directly from computer data to classic built design prototypes made of different materials. Functional prototypes can be realised too.
